- You need 4 large of Portobello Mushroom Caps (stems removed).

- You need 2 tbsp of Chopped Garlic.
- Prepare 1 of Salt and Pepper to taste.

Grilled Portabello Mushrooms instructions
- Pre heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix together the vinegarette and the garlic.
- Baste both sides of mushrooms with mixture.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place on grill and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting with mixture while grilling.
