- Prepare 3 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin.
- Prepare 1 of spray of cooking oil.
- You need 4 of -6 Portobello mushrooms.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt (Sea salt or Kosher salt).
- It's 1/2 tsp of Freshly ground pepper.
- It's 1 cup of Marinara Sauce.
- It's 1/2 cup of Shredded Mozzarella.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- You need 2 tbsp of butter (cut into small pieces).

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Drizzle 2 tbs of EVOO over both sides of the mushrooms.
